“Jan with his team did a fantastic job, I presented him with a tight deadline..to complete the renovation of our old kitchen into a new clean space ready for the units. Work undertaken - removing 3 walls worth of old mortar, new plasterboard walls, new plasterwork on all walls and ceiling. New electric circuit, re-directing the waste pipes ready for DW,WM, sink etc. Knocking out outside wall and fitting 6ft bi-folding doors, brickwork and pointing. Jan covered all the basics building work and organised all additional services plumber, electrician etc. Everyone was polite, friendly and worked so so hard. They worked late and into the weekend. Every hour was used to ensure the job was completed on time with a high quality finish. I cannot recommend Janbuild highly enough, trustworthy, friendly, helpful, giving full explanations and advising where appropriate. I will not be looking anywhere else for a builder...I just need to find the money for our next renovation project.”
