Q: Are all the images on your website of your work?
A: We have completed many beautiful projects that we have plenty to choose from and I’m sure many of our clients recognize their properties on our website.

Q: Is Janbuild fully insured and registered?

A: Yes we are HMRC registered contractor and insured with Simply Business. Public liability cover value is up to £5,000,000 valid from 04 April 2020 to 03 April 2021. By now due to our focus,dedication and professionalism we haven’t had to use insurance services.

Q:  Do you work on day work rates?
A:  Usually we give a price for the job but sometime purely due to the type of work it is hard to give a price in advance. This is usually when items/works are not specified or unknown how long tasks may take.

Q: Are you a main contractor? Are you working on more projects at the same time?
A: Janbuild is a main contractor working on one project at the time. We fully focus on current project and after completion we move to the new one to make sure the project is done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Q: Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
A: Sure, as majority contractors we are happy to meet you at the property at a time convenient for yourself and provide a quote for the required works.

Q: Can you source all required materials ?
A: We usually supply all building material and leave client to source and provide all design related products.

Q: Are you Gas Safe and NIC Registered?
A: Yes. Gas and electrical works are completed by our registered subcontractors.

Q: Who manages the projects?
A: Jan manages projects himself. He will be your point of contact throughout the process and will be present on the site daily.
